We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Practitioner (Days) to join our team and play an important role in delivering exceptional person-centred care.

As a Care Practitioner, you will support residents with their daily lives, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing. Working as part of a caring and professional team, you will build meaningful relationships with residents and contribute to creating a positive and enriching home environment.

Main duties of the job

As a Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents during the day. Your key responsibilities will include:

Personalized Support: Assisting residents with personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility, while respecting their dignity and independence.Meal Assistance: Supporting residents during meal times, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.Engagement and Activities: Encouraging residents to participate in hobbies, social events, and daily activities to enrich their lives.Health Monitoring: Observing and recording any changes in residents health or behavior and promptly reporting concerns to senior staff.Environmental Standards: Maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in residents rooms and communal areas.Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure all residents receive consistent, high-quality care.Ongoing Learning: Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

We are seeking dedicated, professional, and compassionate individuals who are eager to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. The ideal candidate will: Be Compassionate and Caring: Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting older people and promoting their independence. Exhibit Strong Communication Skills: Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members. Work with Integrity: Maintain high professional standards, including discretion and respect for residents privacy. Be Flexible and Adaptable: Respond effectively to the dynamic needs of residents and work collaboratively as part of a team. Experience is a Plus: Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
