As a Registered Nurse, you will use your clinical expertise to deliver high-quality care, build meaningful relationships with residents and families, and provide leadership and support to colleagues. Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse (Days), you will:
Deliver highquality, personcentred nursing care to meet each residents individual needs. Support residents through their daytime routines, promoting safety, comfort and wellbeing. Administer medication and undertake clinical monitoring with care and accuracy. Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure continuity and excellence in care. Build positive relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support. Mentor and guide junior staff, contributing to their development and confidence.

The Registered Nurse (Days) is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality nursing care within the home. The postholder will assess residents' needs, coordinate care delivery and ensure clinical interventions are delivered in accordance with professional standards, best practice and regulatory requirements.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Registered Nurse will provide clinical leadership, support colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of care services. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, sound judgement and a commitment to promoting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.
The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, compassion and a dedication to delivering outstanding resident outcomes.
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
What are we looking for? Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) Caring, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for highquality care Nursing home experience (preferred but not essential) Strong communication skills and a supportive, teamfocused approach Availability to work parttime day shifts, including some weekends where required
