Get to Know the Role
We’re looking for a Partnership Strategy Manager (Full time Employee) to join our organization in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will lead the partnership strategy for GrabMart, with a primary focus on managing existing strategic partners (retails and principals), including end-to-end activity management through reporting.You will also oversee onboarding and incubation to support partner growth—driving successful official store launches for selected partners—while ensuring end-to-end GTM execution to scale growth for GrabMart.You will report to the Head of GrabMart Indonesia and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Growth, Marketing, and Analytics.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Lead and manage the partnership team for GrabMart vertical, owning the partner journey from onboarding through incubationCollaborating with partners to successfully launch the official storePlanning and executing GTM to ensure successful launching and readiness across GrabMart stakeholdersBuild and execute partner strategies that grow both acquisition and performance outcomesPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of launches and ongoing partnership performanceOwn partnership strategy in the territory indirectly by working with Account Managers in each area to drive Partner acquisition (new store onboarding) &Partner retention (keep partners active and performing)Conduct monitoring and governance over support promo execution in the territory, ensuring programs align with agreed objectives and execution standardsLead leads creation across segments that includes Enterprise (national) level & Territory levelEnsure structured planning, tracking, and reporting of partner pipeline, incubation progress, and launch outcomes What Essential Skills You Will Need
Minimum 7+ years of experience in partnership/merchant management such as:Merchandiser experience and/orKey Account Management (KAM) experience in FMCG industry or related category rolesProven experience collaborating with brands/principals in e-commerce and/or omnichannelDemonstrated experience leading and managing a teamStrong end-to-end commercial partnership capability, including managing partnership programs through execution, tracking, and reportingExperience working directly with principals and/or stakeholders linked to e-commerce (e.g., principals, category owners, or key accounts)Strong analytical skills with KPI ownership (activation, performance/retention, and promo/activation effectiveness)Strong program/project management skills to manage multi-stakeholder initiatives and dependencyStrong understanding of GTM execution for store launches and ongoing partnership performanceExcellent stakeholder management skills across internal functions (Commercial, Growth, Marketing, Analytics) and external partnersEnglish is a must for coordinating with regional stakeholders and managing business communication Life at Grab
