About this role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sample Management Technician to support GMP sample operations across multi-product and multi-site laboratory environments. This role is responsible for the tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability for testing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track GMP samples within virtual systems across multiple laboratories and stakeholdersVerify and confirm sample delivery and placement across designated storage locations and freezersMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and GMP standardsUtilize computerized systems and databases to enter, track, and manage sample dataGenerate and maintain documentation using tools such as Microsoft ExcelFollow SOPs independently while ensuring all activities are properly recordedCollaborate effectively with team members, including peers and senior scientists, in a cross-functional environment Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 0–3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 0 years of experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and complianceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred Qualifications
Experience in a laboratory, GMP, or manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of GMP principles and documentation practicesFamiliarity with sample tracking systems or laboratory databases The position is Full Time, Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm-10pm, with overtime as needed.
