Job Summary:
The Laboratory Technician will join a team of two laboratory technicians in supporting the daily operations of the Bioassay, Biological Raw Materials (BRM), and Cell & Gene Therapy laboratories. This position is responsible for ensuring laboratory readiness, maintaining organization, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple laboratory groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with established standards.Order, receive, inventory, organize, and stock laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables.Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and documentation for laboratory equipment and controlled environments.Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.Assist with a variety of operational, organizational, and administrative tasks that support day-to-day laboratory activities.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork.Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
HS diploma (Associate's degree in Chemistry, or related discipline, preferred)Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorshipIdeal Candidate Qualifications
