Achieve sales targets in NGS and Array for the assigned regionIdentify and reach out to potential clients for NGS and Array solutionsDevelop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territoryUtilize outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close salesManage and maintain customer relationships to ensure retention and repeat business opportunitiesCollect customer and market feedback and report findings to the organizationAnalyze sales data, conduct periodical forecasting, and prepare sales reportsPrepare and deliver compelling proposals and product presentations to prospective clientsMaintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate pipeline and activity dataConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats in the NGS and Array sectorsProven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and techno-commercial acumen to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions and backgroundsPossess technical knowledge of NGS and Array technologies and applications
Experience: 3 to 4 years in inside sales, preferably in life sciences, biotech, or related industries
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Life Sciences or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences with MBAStrong verbal and written communication skills with ability to deliver compelling presentationsKnowledge of NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing) and Array technologies or willingness to develop technical expertiseAbility to conduct market research and competitive analysisStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and prepare forecasts
