Eurofins Athens Analysis Laboratories, a trusted leader in independent laboratory testing across multiple sectors — including food, water, cosmetics, environmental, pharmaceutical, and dietary supplements — is looking for a Sales Assistant to support growth across all these areas. Key Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the sales team as requiredMonitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicableSetting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.Preparing domestic and transactional quotationsAdministration supportContinuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and servicesSupport field and office-based team as requiredActively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through calls, emails, etc.Support the implementations of company systems A qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role. C2 ProficiencyGood commercial awareness and business acumen.Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.Highly organized, accurate and strong documentation skills.Passionate about administration, quality and customer serviceProficient in all Microsoft Packages.Who we are looking for:
