About this role
Perform or coordinate laboratory testing (microbiological, chemical, and physical analysis).Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, GHP, ISO 22000, and applicable FSSAI regulations.Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.Investigate product quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities.Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory or certification audits.Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality procedures. B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields.B.Tech./M.Tech. in Food Technology or Food Engineering.
