Wie zoeken we? We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who thrives on international customer interactions and is able to maintain overview in a fast-paced order environment. You act as the first point of contact for customers and work closely with internal teams on a daily basis to ensure commitments are met. - Mbo/Hbo degree or equivalent in a relevant field - Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions - Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus - Excellent command of Italian and English (near-native) - Experience in customer service within an order-to-cash environment and/or with exposure to managing a customer portfolio, unfortunately call center experience alone is not sufficient for this role - You should live within a reasonable distance and have good connections to Amersfoort You are accurate and analytical, solution-oriented, and take full ownership of your work. You proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and feel comfortable working in an international, dynamic environment where collaboration is key. Wat bieden wij je?
