Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Role purpose: Drive financial performance, insight, and decision support for the Retail/Private Clients ("Particulieren") domain by translating data into actionable management information and steering on results, risks, and value creation. - Prepare and analyze periodic financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, KPIs) and explain variances versus budget/forecast. - Own budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning cycles; challenge assumptions and improve forecast accuracy. - Deliver business cases and profitability analyses for products, channels, and customer segments. - Support performance management with dashboards, management presentations, and ad-hoc analyses. - Partner with stakeholders (Finance, Product, Sales, Risk, Data) to steer cost, revenue, and efficiency initiatives. - Ensure data quality, governance, and consistent definitions across reporting. - Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within planning and reporting. Required skills and experience - Experience as Business Controller , FP&A, or Management Accounting within financial services or a complex commercial environment. - Strong analytical skills; able to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. - Advanced Excel and reporting/BI tooling (e.g., Power BI); experience with ERP/finance systems is a plus. - Solid knowledge of financial statements, cost allocation, and performance metrics. - Stakeholder management, clear communication, and a proactive, critical mindset. - Salaris: € 5.030 tot € 7.183 bruto per maand (schaal 09) bij 36 uur. - Extra's: een 13e maand, 8% vakantiegeld én 10%...
