What role as Consultant Compensation & Benefits You will work for a range of clients, from corporates to public sector organizations, on topics such as: - Benchmark analyses, reward strategies, and salary structure design. - Compliance with new and existing laws and regulations, such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive. - Developing and presenting project plans and advisory reports. - Facilitating workshops with HR teams and executive boards. - Contributing to internal knowledge development, propositions, and business development.
