And we are looking for a smart, resourceful, and hands-on Growth & CRO Specialist to help us improve our funnels, increase conversion, AOV and retention. You will identify problems, propose solutions, and build prototypes to validate your ideas. And will work at the intersection of data, UX, and experimentation, working closely with Growth, Product Marketeers, and Development. This role is best suited for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset - someone who likes building, experimenting, taking ownership, and learning fast from real-world feedback AND sharing these learnings across the organisation. Job requirements Your responsibilities: - Own and scale Alpine's experimentation program across our global webshops - Spot growth opportunities across the angles of conversion, AOV, retention, and customer journey - Turn data, behavioural insights, and customer feedback into high-impact experiments - Launch and analyse A/B tests that drive measurable business results - Optimise landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and UX with a mobile-first mindset - Combine commercial thinking, UX, copy, and analytics to improve performance end-to-end - Prioritise initiatives based on impact, speed, and scalability - Share insights and learnings across teams to continuously raise the bar on growth across the organisation Your impact - Directly contribute to Alpine's ambition to triple the business in 5 years! - Help establish Alpine as the global #1 in hearing protection. - Be part of a high-performing team that sets new standards in growth. - Protect the hearing of millions worldwide and make a tangible difference in people's lives.
