- Producten Operations Project Manager Locatie: Warwick Role: Operations Project Manager Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE Hours: 45 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday, Friday 08:00 and 13:00 Salary: Between £50,000 - £55,000 pa DOE Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering meaningful business improvements? We're looking for a proactive and collaborative Operations Project Manager to lead a variety of operational projects that enhance production capability, improve efficiency, increase capacity, and support long-term business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by driving change in a fast-paced operational environment. What You'll Be Doing - Leading operational projects from planning through to successful completion - Managing facility upgrades, equipment installations, production capacity improvements, site transfers, and layout changes - Delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations - Managing project budgets, risks, timelines, suppliers, and stakeholders - Building strong relationships across teams to drive engagement and successful project outcomes - Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and operational excellence We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
