We are looking for a Production Worker to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of sustainable coatings. About the role In this role, you'll play a key part in creating fire-resistant and eco-friendly solutions for the construction industry. As a Production Worker, your tasks will include: - Preparing and mixing raw materials according to specified formulations - Operating production machinery and equipment - Monitoring and ensuring the quality of the coatings produced - Packaging and preparing finished products for shipment About the employer This innovative and sustainable company specializes in the development and production of natural mineral coatings for the construction industry. What we expect from you - Working hours are organised in two shifts: 06:00-14:30 and 09:30-18:00. - Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus - Accuracy and attention to detail - Willingness to work in a dynamic and growing organization - Technical background isn't required - You speak English What we offer - Fulltime work, 40 hours per week (monday - friday) - Starting with €14,71 gross per hour - Opportunity to grow in this position and get salary increases on short term - 25 holidays and 8% holiday allowance - Travel Allowance Coffee?
