This role combines logistics, production, and technical work into one versatile position. You easily switch between tasks and ensure that processes continue to run smoothly. Think of operating a forklift, supporting production, and operating machines on the packaging line. A working day often starts with a short briefing with colleagues. After that, you get to work loading and unloading products, moving goods within the warehouse/shed, or supporting work in the field/greenhouse. Next, you help on the production line, where you set up machines, detect malfunctions, and check quality. It is precisely this variety that makes the role of All-round Agro Employee attractive.
