This position is only open to candidates who are currently living in the Netherlands or the EU and have valid working rights. O stanowisku As a Production Worker, you will help ensure that each lavender plant is prepared to the highest standards before being shipped to customers. Your main tasks will include: - Preparing Lavender for Shipment: Making sure plants are clean, attractive, and ready for delivery. - Trimming & Cleaning: Cutting excess growth and removing damaged leaves to enhance presentation. - Sorting & Selecting: Choosing the best plants based on size, shape, and quality. - Packing: Placing plants in trays, boxes, or containers to protect them during transport. - Using Tools & Machines: Operating equipment for trimming, cleaning, and packing. - Workplace Cleanliness: Maintaining a tidy, organized, and safe working environment. - Quality Checks: Inspecting plants to ensure they meet required standards. - Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to meet daily production and shipping goals.
