This role ensures that technical deliverables, internal teams, and the supply chain are fully aligned to deliver high-performance systems on time. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, operations, and suppliers; ensuring smooth progress from concept through industrialisation. This role enables you to have a broad impact and exposure within our Design & Engineering department. This role is intended for High Potential candidates. We are open to fresh graduates. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination - Drive project execution by tracking milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies - Proactively follow up on progress across teams and ensure timely completion of action items - Maintain clear reporting and escalation of issues impacting timeline or quality Cross-Functional Leadership - Coordinate activities across engineering (mechatronics, software, electronics), manufacturing, procurement, and quality - Act as a central communication hub, ensuring alignment between all internal stakeholders Supply Chain & Supplier Management - Interface with external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery, specifications alignment, and quality standards - Monitor and follow up on purchase orders, supply chain constraints, and delivery commitments - Ensure supplier deliverables meet technical and integration requirements Technical & Operational Support - Assist in resolving technical and operational bottlenecks impacting project progress - Support documentation, reviews, and design alignment across disciplines Team Support - Act as sparring partner and right hand to the System Architect / Team Lead - Help guide teams with structured pl...
