Functieomschrijving As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and leading procurement plans aligned with project requirements. You will source and evaluate suppliers in accordance with strategic sourcing frameworks, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, and manage purchase orders to support project delivery. Your expertise will contribute to cost control, compliance with industry regulations, and risk mitigation.
