You will support the Sales team, organize business travel for colleagues around the world, and ensure that administrative and organizational processes run smoothly. No two days are the same, and that variety is exactly what makes this position so interesting. Your key responsibilities: - Managing and updating customer, project, and CRM data. - Supporting quotation, order processing, and invoicing activities. - Organizing appointments, customer visits, and meetings. - Coordinating domestic and international business travel for employees. - Arranging travel documentation, visas, A1 certificates, and other travel formalities. - Maintaining contacts with hotels, travel agencies, and transportation providers. - Assisting with trade fairs, events, and customer days. - Coordinating registrations, travel arrangements, and practical exhibition matters. - Managing commercial documentation, Sharepoint and internal information flows.
