As Project Manager MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), you are the one who helps domestic and international companies organize unforgettable business trips and events. From inspiring networking trips and exclusive incentives to international meetings, you devise original concepts that perfectly match the client's wishes (and often go a step further). You manage everything from A to Z: from the initial conversation to the execution on-site. Naturally, you do not do this alone; you work within our enthusiastic MICE team at Holland Destination Management and GI Travel, and of course, in collaboration with our partners worldwide. YOUR TASKS AT A GLANCE - Devising creative, goal-oriented travel and event concepts with a surprising twist - Preparing and monitoring budgets (indeed, the numbers matter too) - Arranging everything: from transport and hotels to activities that surprise and inspire - Maintaining contact with the client, advising, adjusting, and evaluating - Creating scripts and handling administration, ensuring everything is tightly organized - Occasionally joining the trip/event yourself to ensure everything runs flawlessly WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
