Account specialist Freshness experience and client-specific solutions are central to what we do! - 32-40 hours - Bergambacht - € 2,500 - 3,500 per month The role: You are the linchpin of our organisation. You support the salespeople in preparing quotes and orders, maintain contacts with suppliers and production, and make sure the stock records stay in order. You gladly answer the phone, help clients with their questions, but also draw up the account plan for the coming year together with management. Your tasks: - Developing a solid and trusting relationship between the most important clients and the organisation. - Solving problems and complaints. - In-depth needs assessment of key accounts. - Anticipating changes and drawing up improvement plans. - Streamlining communication between key accounts and internal teams. - Negotiating contracts and drawing up timelines. - Meeting all the client's needs and deliverables according to the set timelines. - Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients - Following market developments and competitor activities - Developing and detailing the sales plan, setting target budgets with sales forecasts - Monitoring revenue and profit contributions - Advising clients - Completing transactions (administratively) through correct and timely transfer of data - Providing information about product specifications, product differences and information to clients - Keeping track of market developments, competitor activities and notable points and reporting to and discussing actions to be taken with your manager. - Visiting and taking part in trade fairs Casteleijn Stroopwafels is a family business.
