The team will provide opportunities to support projects, gain experience in various HR functions, develop practical skills, and build professional networks while contributing to the team's success. Here's what your journey will look like: - Gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Participate in employee engagement activities and events. - Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics. - Collaborate on projects related to talent management and development. - Provide project management support to the HR team on talent, culture, and engagement.
