Join our team as Integrated Reporting Officer and apply Your Role As senior financial reporting analyst you will take ownership in preparing the Integrated Annual Report of FMO and - together with Public Investment Management - the annual reports for the different funds and programs, managed by FMO. Furthermore, you will be the first point of contact for the audit of these respective funds and programs. We are looking for a professional that has an eye for detail, while able to understand the 'bigger picture'. You have a background in financial reporting and a good understanding of how the business works. You have affinity with banking which will help you analyze the performance. You like the financial complexity of the products we work with. And you are keen on playing your part in bringing our reporting skills to a higher level. You produce reports with clear conclusions and actionable recommendations, proactively driving change and continuously seeking improvements Our Offer We offer meaningful and impactful work within an international work environment: - Gross yearly salary based on your experience and background: EUR 56k-68k (based on 40-hour work week). - Pension scheme, partly paid by FMO. - 31 holidays (based on 40-hour work week). - Working remotely abroad for 60 days in a rolling period of 12 months. - Hybrid way of working (50/50). - 4 times 9 working hours is possible.
