Who are you? - You have a track record of relevant experience in horticulture, with hands-on expertise in crop production and crop-specific knowledge. - You have expertise in one of the following areas: Tissue culture ; Open field v egetables production such as leafy greens, cabbage, beans, carrots, etc. (production, post-harvest aspects, processing); Soft fruit such as strawberries, blueberries or raspberries (production, post-harvest aspects); Nursery fruit trees (temperate and tropical fruit crops). - You are an authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional. - You appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect. - You are eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances. - You are hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan. ...
