Description - Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for a Dutch production site, European trading activities, and staff departments; - Support strategic decision-making through in-depth financial analyses and clear, management-oriented reporting; - Initiate, develop, and present investment proposals, including well-founded business cases and advanced financial models; - Develop, optimize, and manage robust financial models to support various business units; - Responsible for preparing and coordinating periodic forecasts, the annual budgeting process, and long-term planning; - Prepare and present monthly management reports, including in-depth variance analyses versus budget and forecast; - Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic and tactical decision-making; - Continuously monitor market developments and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights and recommendations; - Ensure clear and effective communication of complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders; - Act as a key sparring partner for plant management, commercial leadership, and staff departments (including ICT, Finance, HR, and Executive Management).
