We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and enjoys bringing structure to a variety of marketing activities. What are you going to do? As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing team in delivering regional and local marketing initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues across Europe and global headquarters to ensure projects are executed smoothly and on schedule. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating marketing activities across regional, local and global teams, including social media, website updates, partner marketing, campaigns and events. - Providing administrative and project support, including managing timelines, organising project review meetings and monitoring project progress. - Supporting media relations and collaborations with external partners and key opinion leaders (KOLs), including planning, logistics and scheduling. - Assisting with internal and external content distribution, such as newsletters, marketing assets, case studies and partner communications. - Maintaining marketing documentation and preparing internal reports. - Providing general administrative support to the marketing department.
