Key Responsibilities: - Spearhead the pre-opening configuration of the Front Office department, defining procedures, service standards, and organizational structure - Hire, onboard, and mentor the Front Office team to ensure exceptional service delivery from the outset - Manage daily Front Desk operations, such as guest check-in/out and relations, to maintain a flawless, premium experience - Deploy operational workflows, systems, and technologies aligned with company policies - Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently to guarantee satisfaction and foster loyalty - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to maintain seamless hotel operations - Track KPIs, financial budgets, and performance indicators for the Front Office department Ideal Candidate: - At least 3 years of experience in a Front Office leadership position; pre-opening experience is advantageous - Comprehensive knowledge of Front Office operations, procedures, and property management systems (PMS) - Fluency in English and Dutch ; additional languages are a plus - Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities - Background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a similar field Extras: - Exclusive hotel discounts. - Professional development - Referral rewards: Earn free hotel stays through our successful referral program If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for luxury hospitality and a drive to deliver unparalleled guest experiences, we invite you to apply.
