Core responsibilities - Define product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy for schadeverzekeringen within the intermediair distribution model. - Translate market, customer, and intermediary needs into clear product requirements, pricing and coverage changes, and process improvements. - Coordinate stakeholders across underwriting, claims, legal/compliance, risk, IT, operations, and sales to deliver product updates. - Monitor product performance using KPIs (e.g., loss ratio, growth, retention, NPS) and initiate optimization actions. - Ensure products and documentation meet regulatory and internal governance standards. - Support go-to-market activities: intermediary communication, training, product positioning, and sales enablement.
