Apply to Offshore HSE Advisor - Normandie - Contracting Position: Offshore Project HSE Advisor Project: Courseulles Vessel: Strashnov Desired start: Ideally around 8thJul but will depend on vessel schedule. Rotation: 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off. Expected duration: currently until around 1 September, with possible extension depending on project requirements. Mobilisation point: Le Havre/ France Certificates required: - Valid offshore medical - GWO or FOET or BOSIET Experience required: - Offshore or vessel-based HSE experience - Experience in offshore wind, offshore construction, heavy lifting or marine operations preferred - Good understanding of PTW, TRA, TBT, HIRA/RA and SIMOPS - Experience with subcontractor follow-up, incident reporting/investigation and client-facing communication - Ability to work independently offshore and challenge unsafe conditions where required Duties to be undertaken: - Provide HSE support to offshore project execution on Seaway Strashnov - Support review and implementation of HIRA, task plans, PTW, TRA and TBT process - Conduct daily HSE inspections and follow up actions - Support SIMOPS coordination and subcontractor interface management - Support incident / near miss reporting and investigation - Participate in project HSE meetings and client interface where required - Support implementation of project HSE requirements
