Relationship Manager (32-40 hours) As Relationship Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining a warm relationship with our clients. You seek out the connection with clients from genuine interest and frequent contact and visit moments. Seeing what's going on, what questions there are and how the person behind the client is doing means you can act proactively. As translator/point of contact for the client, you know how to work well with the various other departments within FlexHub. Even more challenge? - You give demos of the necessary software to (potential) clients and help with the setup and guidance of new clients - Discuss any contract changes upon renewal - Together with IT, you discuss which updates and integrations are needed from the systems the client works with for optimal service. - You are ultimately responsible for the collaboration with your clients, resulting in high client satisfaction.
