Location: Rotterdam (Hybrid - 50% in office) Start Date: Asap Availability : Fulltime Your impact As Team Lead Financial Accounting, you will: - Lead, coach, and develop an international team of 6 Financial Accountants, creating an environment where people can grow, learn, and perform at their best. - Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting. - Take ownership of key accounting processes, including tax filings, treasury-related activities, payroll-related controls, and statutory reporting. - Coordinate annual statutory accounts and external audits, working closely with auditors and administrative partners across multiple international entities. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging automation, existing technologies, and AI solutions to increase efficiency and quality. - Support the further professional development of the accounting team and h...
