As a woodworker in Wanssum, you play a vital role in the production process by creating and modifying wooden moulds. These moulds are essential for ensuring the quality of the final product. You’ll be working in a clean and well-organized workshop as part of a small, close-knit team where craftsmanship and collaboration are highly valued. Your work is varied—no two days are the same—and the results of your efforts are directly visible in the finished products. In this role, you will carry out a wide range of woodworking tasks while gradually developing your skills on the job. You’ll use both hand tools and machinery, making sure each mould meets precise specifications and quality standards. Your tasks include: - Manufacturing, adjusting, and assembling wooden moulds - Working with hand tools and electrical woodworking machinery - Reading and interpreting technical drawings - Modifying moulds into different shapes and sizes - Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion Wat bieden wij? - A salary of up to €3,225 gross per month plus 12 ADV allowance - 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and a year-end bonus - Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer - Pension accrual via StiPP from your first working day - Weekly salary payment (every Wednesday)
