About this role
As an E-commerce employee at Michael Kors, you work in two shifts: 07:00–15:30 or 08:30–17:00. Overtime is sometimes needed. Your main task is picking orders with a hand scanner and sorting items in the correct bins. Sometimes, you repack items to ensure quality. You help different teams when needed and support other departments if it is less busy in your area. During peak season, you might also work on Sundays for extra pay. You start by collecting products, scanning them, and sorting them into the right boxes. You can also grow into roles like runner, expediter, or machine operator.
