As a production worker in Wanssum, you will work alongside your colleagues to produce prefabricated concrete elements, including floors, walls, and ribbed structures. You play an important role in the production process, helping to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With the support of modern machinery, the physical workload is reduced wherever possible, allowing you to work in a comfortable and safe way. Depending on availability, you can work in either a 2‑shift system or day shifts.
