The role can be physically demanding as shoe boxes may be heavy. You will alternate between picking and replenishing tasks. Proficiency in English is essential for communication, reading, and writing. Flexibility is required as you may assist other departments or adjust your hours during quieter periods. During peak season, Sunday shifts from 07:00 to 15:30 are possible, compensated at 200%.
