The expected gross salary for this position in Netherlands is between EUR 86,250 and EUR 120,750, including 8% holiday allowance. The salary scale depends on job-related factors, such as your work experience, education and expected contribution. What you will do - Enabling Geleen site Operations (both CGT and mRNA TP) to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financials aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings, planning cycles and net working capital - Managing monthly financial closing, forecast and risks and opportunity process together with BU Ops Controlling, GBSO and Corporate FP&A (From Revenue to Gross Profit after Variance, free cash flow, balance sheet and NWC) - Co-leading 5 year strategic planning process (BSR) for Geleen site with focus on sales, cost savings and productivity improvements, FTE evolution, innovation and investment planning process as well as Inventory plann...
