This role combines strong commercial ownership with process design and operational execution and requires someone who is comfortable taking initiative in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for shaping how procurement operates across the organization - from sourcing and negotiations to tooling, governance, and adoption. The role goes beyond high-level strategy and requires direct involvement in complex negotiations, vendor selection, and the implementation and improvement of procurement processes that scale with the business. The scope of procurement is broad and varied, covering everything from cloud/SaaS solutions to professional services. This requires a fast learner who can quickly understand new domains, identify key commercial drivers, and move decisively. You will: - Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and contracting through purchasing, approvals, and supplier management. - Lead commercial negotiations end-to-end, securing competitive pricing, strong contractual terms, and appropriate risk protections across a wide range of spend categories. - Proactively source and evaluate vendors, running structured sourcing and market analysis processes to identify the best partners for the business. - Translate business needs into clear commercial and contractual requirements, even when information is incomplete or evolving. - Own the rollout, optimization, and adoption of procurement tools and workflows, ensuring they are practical, efficient, and embedded in daily operations. - Build and lead a central procurement function, including governance, pol...
