About this role
As Assembly Cleanroom Operator in Alkmaar, you work in a cleanroom environment, similar to a laboratory. You are responsible for cleaning, assembling, testing, and packaging technical components that are used in high-tech machines, mainly for the semiconductor industry. Your job is to carefully clean parts such as pipes and hoses using special wipes, cleaning baths, and sometimes ovens. This removes all contamination. You then assemble the components using technical drawings. The drawings only show the final product, so you need technical insight and a willingness to learn. You will get internal training for this. Next, you test the components, such as hoses, to check if they are leak-proof. Finally, you double-pack and label the products according to strict guidelines. You always wear full protective cleanroom clothing, with only your face visible. Precision and discipline are very important. Your day is varied and you work according to clear procedures.
