For Tesla's Amsterdam location, we are looking for a technically skilled Associate Installer Support Engineer to support Tesla's Residential Energy Products, including Powerwall and Wall Connector. What are you going to do? As an Associate Installer Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to certified installers and field teams, ensuring efficient installation and operation of Tesla’s residential energy systems. You will act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of installer support processes. Your responsibilities include: - Support installers and Field Service Engineers by troubleshooting technical issues during site visits - Determine whether issues can be resolved remotely or require on-site intervention - Escalate critical issues and proactively identify solutions for complex technical problems - Accurately document cases and data in CRM systems - Educate installers and business customers to ensure confidence in system performance - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to improve the overall customer and installer experience - Share customer feedback and recurring issues with internal stakeholders - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team What do we offer? - A dynamic and impactful role within a global, innovative company - Salary: €56,900 annually - Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Contract length: 6 months (starting June 1, 2026) - Location: Amsterdam Where will you work?
