In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational execution of our Consumer Beauty business across EDM and Benelux markets . You will work closely with several stakeholders across the organization, supporting merchandising execution, preparing materials, and ensuring that in-store projects are delivered smoothly and on time. This internship offers hands-on experience in merchandising operations, trade marketing, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational & Merchandising Support - Support the preparation and follow-up of Service Rounds (planning, materials, tracking updates) - Assist in building planogram briefing presentations (PPTs) - Check and validate planograms and artworks to ensure consistency with guidelines - Create assortment lists per planogram and support product selection accuracy Data, Reporting & Administration - Maintain and update IN/OUT product lists - Review and check different operational documents to ensure accuracy - Support PPT preparation for kick-offs, retailer meetings, and internal updates - Prepare and structure information for internal and external communication Market & Execution Support - Manage and follow up on Etos Meldingenformulier (notifications form) - Support translation of artworks, claims, and materials into Dutch - Assist in ensuring correct execution of guidelines across markets Ad-hoc & Office Support - If needed, support artwork creation / simple adaptations - If needed, support product ordering via NRO process - H...
