The Junior Financial Administrator will report to the Finance Manager. Responsibilities - Maintain accurate financial records and documentation - Process invoices and settle those with payments - Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions - Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and follow up when necessary - Support monthly financial closing activities - Prepare basis financial reports and spreadsheets - Help maintain cash flow tracking - Help improve administrative and financial workflows - First point of contact for partner abroad Must Have Background And Experience Requirements - MBO in Finance, Accounting or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting or administration - Basic understanding of accounting principles - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - Experience with accounting software (preferably Sage Accounting) is a plus Furthermore, you have: - Strong attention to detail - Good organizational and time management skills - Reliable and discreet with c...
