Job Purpose and Impact This position is responsible for the dairy trading for Cargill Cocoa and Chocolate Europe with the primary goal of serving our 7 European chocolate plants and maximizing the PnL. Within a well-defined set of risk limits you take positions, manage the operational margins and guarantee a smooth running pipeline in order to maximize the book's PnL. The positions are a combination of physical product and futures. As such you aim for an optimal view on dairy futures, differentials and smaller illiquid product families. You bear end responsibility of the dairy market analysis that you will perform with the help of the second dairy trader.
