We strive to build long-term relationships with the clients we work with, supporting them from the early stages of fundraising, through the transformation journey to a mature organization, and all the way to the status of a publicly listed company. Our Team - Do great minds always think alike? When a company grows rapidly and the finance department cannot keep up with that growth, a problem arises. This can lead to missed opportunities for investment, inability to meet short-term obligations, or loss of support from stakeholders. Our team collaborates with companies to prevent or solve this problem. We transform the finance department from a purely supportive function into a full-fledged business partner. We do this by leveraging our extensive knowledge of clients and industries to develop reporting structures, improve processes and policies, and advise management on how to engage with stakeholders. The T&A team is fully integrated into the broader Corporate Finance and Transaction Strategy and Transactions ("SaT") practice of EY Parthenon, meaning our clients can benefit from our wide-ranging knowledge, skills, and experience. A key sector we work with is Private Equity, particularly for their portfolio companies. Within T&A, there is no "standard day." Each assignment brings new challenges.
