Share your talents As an HR Specialist in our Global Service Center, you will be the go-to support partner for our international HR Operations community. Based at our Head Office in Amsterdam, you will help colleagues across our local HR Operations teams navigate Workday and related HR processes with confidence and clarity. In this role, you will contribute to smooth, accurate and consistent HR service delivery across all our markets. You will work closely with the Sr. Global Service Center Specialist and report to the Global Service Center Lead as part of our Global HR Operations team of seven people. Your work will have an impact both locally in Amsterdam and globally across our HR Operations network. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving meaningful issues, improving processes and building strong international relationships. With your hands-on mindset and strong sense of service, you will help others work more smoothly and efficiently every day. In this role, you will: - Analyze incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues and guide users through Workday-related questions. - Ensure timely and accurate ticket handling in ServiceNow to safeguard quality and consistency. - Escalate issues when needed and follow up until full resolution is achieved. - Identify recurring errors, patterns and improvement opportunities in Workday. - Collaborate with our Global Process Automation and Tech & Data teams by providing input on priorities and improvements. - Help facilitate Workday training for local HR Specialists in the countries.
