The Transformation Office has evolved into a scalable capability with consistent governance, methodology, tooling and ways of working that support transformation across the organisation. The opportunity This role sits at the heart of HeadFirst's Global Transformation Office. Your first priority is to orchestrate the Product & Technology transformation portfolio, connecting business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery teams, regional implementation and measurable business outcomes into one integrated transformation approach. Alongside this, you'll help build the Transformation Office itself by developing scalable governance, portfolio management practices, methodologies and tooling that will support future strategic initiatives across the organisation. This is more than a traditional Programme Manager or PMO role. You'll shape how transformation is prioritised, governed, executed and adopted across HeadFirst.
