The opportunity This role is at the heart of HeadFirst's Global Transformation Office. Your top priority is to coordinate the Product & Technology transformation portfolio, aligning business priorities, product roadmaps, delivery teams, regional implementation, and measurable business outcomes into a single, integrated transformation approach. In addition, you'll help build the Transformation Office itself by developing scalable governance, portfolio management practices, methodologies, and tools that will support future strategic initiatives across the organization. This is more than just a traditional Program Manager or PMO role. You'll help shape how transformation is prioritized, governed, executed, and adopted across HeadFirst.
