Core Responsibilities - Own full-cycle recruiting: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines. - Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, referrals, networking, and outreach campaigns. - Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and gather structured feedback to support hiring decisions. - Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure process compliance. - Develop and post job ads, support employer branding, and improve candidate communications. - Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates) and recommend process improvements. Required Skills - Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume or specialized hiring. - Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing techniques, and interview coordination. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to evaluate talent using structured interviewing and competency-based criteria. - Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. - Knowledge of hiring compliance, confidentiality, and fair hiring practices.
