Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Jurist Vastgoed - Flexteam Role purpose: Provide flexible, high-quality legal support on real estate matters across multiple teams and projects, ensuring compliant, timely, and business-focused advice. Core responsibilities - Advise stakeholders on real estate law , including transactions, leasing, development, and property management topics. - Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, addenda, NDAs, and cooperation agreements. - Assess legal risks and propose practical mitigation measures aligned with organizational goals. - Support due diligence, contract lifecycle management, and documentation standards. - Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g., notaries, municipalities, counterparties, and counsel). - Monitor relevant legislation and case law; translate changes into actionable guidance and templates. Required skills and experience - Degree in law and demonstrable experience in vastgoedrecht (real estate law). - Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills; able to communicate clearly with legal and non-legal audiences. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing in a dynamic flexteam environment. - Stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, solution-driven mindset. - Fluent professional communication in Dutch ; English is a plus.
