Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Senior Expert Role purpose: Lead and scale global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) strategy and programs to strengthen an inclusive culture, improve employee experience, and support business outcomes through measurable, data-informed initiatives. Core responsibilities - Design and execute global DI&B strategy, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to enterprise priorities. - Build governance, standards, and toolkits to enable consistent regional and functional implementation. - Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business leaders to embed inclusion across the employee lifecycle (hiring, development, performance, retention). - Develop and deliver inclusion learning, leader enablement, and communications that drive behavior change. - Manage Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and community programs, including charters, funding, and impact measurement. - Own DI&B metrics and reporting (e.g., representation, engagement, equity indicators), translating insights into action plans. - Advise leaders on inclusive practices, change management, and sensitive employee matters with confidentiality. - Coordinate external benchmarking, partnerships, and compliance considerations across markets.
