We are looking for an experienced Project & Product Manager - Supply Chain Fulfillment & Logistics to lead impactful technology projects and drive continuous improvements across our supply chain operations. In this role, you will support the evolution of our logistics landscape and help optimise inventory management across distribution centres and stores. Your expertise in supply chain, logistics, and project delivery will be key in ensuring our systems continue to support Rituals' double-digit growth, while improving efficiency through process optimisation and collaboration with business teams and external partners. Our ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a product mindset. You will take end-to-end ownership of technology initiatives, working closely with Supply Chain and other teams to deliver solutions that improve operational performance and strengthen the connection between business and IT.
